Our Mentoring Programme

This programme is designed to be personal.

Our focus is on developing you and, as such, you will be encouraged, supported and held accountable to your action plan we set together.

You will be encouraged to be your natural self.

During our monthly 1:1 strategy calls we will hone in on the successes of the previous month, gain a true understanding on the things that didn’t quite go to plan and ensure you stay on the right path as you pursue your wildest ambitions.

You will leave each monthly strategy call with a clear game plan for the upcoming month. You will know your targets, tasks and goals that you need to diarise, action and complete. Alongside the monthly strategy call, we will also have a fortnightly progress check in to make sure that you are on track with your action plan.

Together we will build your future starting with gaining a clear understanding of your business vision.

A twelve month programme designed to focus on your business and personal growth

1-1 Kickstarter Session

As we start this journey together, the first thing that we will do is sit down and go through the programme and deep dive into your expectations.

Business Vision

A business vision is a statement and understanding ghat outlines the long-term goals and aspirations of a company. We will work on this in the early stages and revisit is regularly to ensure the business growth meets the vision.

Sales Strategy

Creating an effective sales strategy involves multiple steps to ensure your business can effectively reach and convert potential customers. We will be working on your USP's, your revenue targets, prospecting process and much more.

Operations Strategy

An operations strategy will set out how you will deliver to your customer by using all of the resources, processes and technologies available. This strategy will bring efficiency, quality and a competitive advantage.

Marketing Strategy

Creating an effective marketing strategy involves a comprehensive plan that outlines how a business will reach its target audience. This strategy will focus on your brand awareness and lead generation

Growth Timeline

Through our discussions, we will determine the growth time line of your business. From this we will establish your 1, 3 and 5 year plan. We call this the 'end in mind' principle.

90 Day Action Planning

A 90-day action plan will outline the specific steps and actions that you will take over three months to achieve defined goals. This plan is detailed, with clear timelines and measurable outcomes.

Time Management

This is a process of planning and controlling how much time you spend on specific activities. Effective time management allows you to make better use of your time, reduce stress, and increase productivity.

Limiting Beliefs

Limiting beliefs are restrictive thoughts that individuals hold about themselves, which inhibit their ability to achieve their full potential. We will understand and conquer them together.

Solidifying your Mindset

Mindset refers to a set of beliefs and perspectives that shape how you perceive and respond to the world. It influences how you think, feel, and act and is a crucial part of growth and achieving success.

Confidence Building

Building confidence is a gradual process that involves developing a positive belief in your abilities and self-worth. Confidence affects how you interact with others, tackle challenges, and pursue goals.

1-1 Strategy Calls

During the course of a month, we will have two catch ups. The first will be the 1 hour monthly strategy call with the second being a fortnightly check in to make sure everything is going as planned.
